"Complete preparation for construction of new home. Demolished existing home, cleared heavily wooded 2 acres, excavated, installed 400 foot driveway and 1600 square foot parking pad, prepared site for new home building site, dug and prepared over 1200 feet of ditches for power cables for electric, cable for internet/phone/TV, water drainage, demolished old septic tanks and installed new ones. Installed drainage system around new home foundation to ensure rain water would not collect around the house and in the crawl space (eliminating the necessity of installing sump and pump system under the house in the crawl space). The work was done with upmost professionalism. The cost was very reasonable and many long hours without extra charge to ensure the jobs were done correctly.
